When someone at work is struggling, would you know what to do?
Signs of emotional distress aren't always obvious. Colleagues rarely announce that they're overwhelmed — more often, it shows up quietly, in small shifts that are easy to miss.
- Noticeable changes in behaviour
- Withdrawal from colleagues or conversations
- Increased frustration or irritability
- Difficulty concentrating on tasks
- Visible exhaustion
- A general sense of feeling overwhelmed
